With over 20 years of experience, he has served as Director of the Cuxtal Ecological Reserve in Mérida, collaborated with the German Biomass Research Centre (DBFZ)- part of the Helmholtz Institute- and taught at universities such as Anáhuac Mayab and the Marist University of Mérida. He currently heads the Environmental Commercial Development Unit (UFCA) at Oox Beh.

He is a prominent member of the College of Civil Engineers of Yucatán (Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles de Yucatán A.C.).

She has experience in the aquaculture sector, as well as in coordinating production areas for agricultural and livestock projects and participating in training and technical support initiatives within rural communities, assisting field producers. She was part of the "Transforming Higher Education" international project implemented at the Conkal Institute of Technology, contributing to educational innovation and the strengthening of learning strategies. Her work is driven by a commitment to sustainable development and the conservation of natural resources.

He has over 10 years of experience in wildlife research and management projects. He is the author and co-author of two books and several scientific publications on Mexican fauna. He has delivered lectures, courses, and workshops for specialists and the general public. His professional experience combines fieldwork, scientific research, environmental education, and environmental management, contributing to the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.

Antonio Najar is a biologist with 10 years of experience in environmental consulting for infrastructure, urban development, and civil works projects. He specializes in natural resource management, environmental impact assessment, and the design of flora and fauna rescue and relocation programs.

He leads baseline studies, biodiversity assessments, biological monitoring, and environmental compliance audits during the planning, construction, and operation stages of projects. His technical approach integrates mitigation, prevention, and compensation measures to minimize impacts on ecosystems and priority species, while supporting the environmental viability and operational continuity of projects.

He is co-author of scientific and outreach materials related to biodiversity and environmental management. He also has proven experience providing technical training to construction personnel on safe wildlife handling and environmental protocols.
