Our goal is to create innovative change through value chains with models that responsibly involve communities under a sustainable approach, as well as the development of: Environmental impact studies, environmental regulation advice, reforestation, wildlife management, engineering and construction, marketing, restoration and ecological conservation.

Support skills development through community training, including honey-product diversification, sustainable certification, branding and market development for beekeepers in Acanceh, as well as responsible agriculture and composting training in Kinchil, Yucatán.

Support clean-energy development through environmental monitoring and biodiversity management at renewable-energy sites in Viborillas, San Ignacio and San Miguel de Allende, alongside green hydrogen initiatives with GreenH2 LATAM.

Support local livelihoods and value creation through community-based projects, including beekeeper training, honey-product diversification and composting. Examples include the Acanceh project and the agroecological project in Kinchil, both supported by training and certification granted by ICATEY.

Support applied innovation and sustainable infrastructure through research partnerships and the development of new materials and technologies, including Sargassum-based construction materials within MAYA-CO₂.

Promote responsible consumption and circular resource use through community composting in Acanceh, sustainable production, waste management and the transformation of Sargassum into useful materials.

Contribute to climate action through renewable energy, green hydrogen and carbon-related innovation, including activities linked to GreenH2 LATAM and MAYA-CO₂.

Strengthen international partnerships through collaborative projects such as MAYA-CO₂, bringing together TU Dresden, AWI, CICY, CINVESTAV, MacroCarbon and Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz across Germany and Mexico, as well as through the cooperation agreement between COMAGA in Ecuador and Alianza BioCuenca in Colombia.
